The data provided by the user, both from time to time and in the event of registration, shall be processed by “Principe di Puglia” agricultural cooperative in accordance with the legislation referred to in Legislative Decree 196/2003. Personal data shall be used by “Principe di Puglia” agricultural cooperative, under the obligation of confidentiality, exclusively for the purposes strictly necessary for the purchase and execution of orders made by the user, therefore excluding any other use and/or use that conflicts with the interests of the user. The provision of personal data must be understood as merely optional, however, failure to provide and authorise the handling of the aforementioned data may result in the order being unaccepted. The processing of the acquired data shall be carried out in an appropriate manner to ensure its security and confidentiality and may also be performed through automated tools that enable the storage, management and transmission thereof; the data shall be kept for the time strictly necessary and, in any case, in accordance with the provisions of law. In the event of authorisation for data processing, the user shall be guaranteed all rights as better specified under Article 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 and “Principe di Puglia” agricultural cooperative shall be authorised to handle and disclose the data in accordance with the provisions of sections “a”, “l” and “m” of paragraph 1, Article 4 of Legislative Decree 196/2003. The data controller is “Principe di Puglia” agricultural cooperative and the person responsible for data processing is Mr Antonio Dimallio.
